SPEAKER TOPIC

“Change management in the era of the selfie”

This session will cover three things in a fun and useful manner:

  • First, the context for change management and why it is so challenging.
  • Second, what is “organizational technology” and what is its use as a road map.
  • Third, tips & tricks with examples to avoid the typical traps for firms managing change.

Clients who embraced the approach outlined in this session generated significant improvements within three months such as:

  •          Chronic overtime reduced to no overtime
  •          Manufacturing Critical-Path Time (MCT) reduction of 50%
  •          Inventory reduction of 50%

OUR ESTEEMED SPEAKER - IAIN SNEE

Iain Snee is a change management professional with over fifteen years experience bridging ideas and business opportunities. Iain has held senior management positions in the manufacturing industry and has significant ERP experiance.

His consulting business focused on training manufacturers to implement automated scheduling through the operating procedures and policies he designed and successfully deployed. For example, a precision optics manufacturer doubled their production throughput after attending a one-day seminar.

In other cases, his consulting supported broader goals. For example, a wire manufacturer with USD $20 million annual sales used his expertise as part of a business process re-implementation project that generated USD $1 million in annual cost savings and prepared the firm for a successful merger.
