6:30 pm- Educational presentations
7:00 pm- formal AGM, with financials,  agenda to be posted.

This will be a non dinner event. Appetizers will be served and complimentary drink tickets will be distributed. 

Notice of Annual General Meeting

2015-2016 fiscal year.

Dear Member,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of APICS Educational Society (Vancouver Chapter) (the "Society") will be held at the Executive Hotel & Conference Center, 4201 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, British Columbia on Thursday, the 6^th day of October, 2015 at the hour of 7:00 PM.

The bylaws of APICS Educational Society (Vancouver Chapter) permit an enterprise member company one vote by its authorized representative, who is entitled to speak and vote, and in all other respects exercise the rights of a member, and that representative must be considered as a member for all purposes with respect to a meeting of the society. A voter registration table will setup at the AGM where your authorized representative will be required to register.

The annual general meeting will be held in conjunction with a social meet& greet event that commences with appetizers and complimentary drink tickets commencing 6:00PM.  The AGM will commence immediately at 7:00PM following purposes:

1.        To review the financials for the 2014-2015 fiscal year
2.        To review the financials for the 2015-2016 fiscal year
3.        Confirm the acts of the board of Directors.
