Train Your Managers to Be Inspiring Leaders
There is a great deal of literature and training programs on leadership. The paradox is that - while there should be no shortage of leaders, true leadership is rare in today’s workplaces. Leadership positions are often sought after for the wrong reasons, such as the allure of a higher title on the organizational chart and the power that comes with it.
While management roles have little to do with a person’s leadership qualities, the concept of leadership has little do with positions and titles. Both roles serve organizations in their own ways, but to generate abundant bottom-line results, we need all of our managers to learn to become leaders. We need the type of leaders who care about employees’ motivations and inspire them to make profound contributions to the company profits and lasting legacy.
Join us on Wednesday, May 4th at 6 pm PST to learn which management theories work and what it takes to provide an excellent framework for setting your management training goals and building an inspired team ready to embrace the future.
