Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of APICS Educational Society (Vancouver Chapter) (the "Society") will be held at Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre- 4331 Dominion St, Burnaby, BC V5G 1C7 on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 2019 at 5:30 PM

The annual general meeting will be held in conjunction with the annual supply chain summit that commences at noon. The AGM will commence at 5:30PM for the following purposes:

1. To review the financials for the 2018-2019 fiscal year
2. Confirm the acts of the board of Directors
