• Purchasing - “supplier negotiation” 
• Sales  - “customer relations” 
• Operations - “capacity management” 
• Supply Chain - “planning” 
• CEO – Industry Advisor recruited by team** 
• One substitute player 

NOTE: Players should not have played the Inchainge – TFC game previously. 

**The CEO/Industry Advisor 
• The Industry Advisor should be a member of a company recruited by the team or chapter 
• Cannot be an ASCM or college instructor/faculty member  
• Provides insight and recommendations to the team  
• CEO/Advisors are asked to provide the necessary time and attention to ensure that teams have the support they need to excel
